I take great pleasure in being part of supervisees' journey. My supervision approach focuses on using the Discrimination Model (Bernard & Goodyear, 2014) while also considering the developmental aspects of supervisees. Honesty and openness in supervision are essential in the supervisor-supervisee relationship. I will incorporate creative interventions that aim to help you gain insight into your internal process. I am an approved Supervisor by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors & Therapists for those seeking LPC and/or LMFT.
Supervisor Development | Coaching
I am experienced in preparing supervisors to supervise mental health professionals, from student interns to post-graduates and licensees. I also have broad experience providing supervision workshops and presenting at conferences to prepare supervisors. Beyond my experience, I find great joy in being able to see supervisors' professional development and positively impact supervisees and their clients' lives. This specialized training support aims to develop supervisors into leaders by integrating critical coaching approaches to help with long-term success.
Trainer | Speaker
I have presented at state, regional, national, and international conferences on topics related to mental health, diversity, and trauma-focused issues. I have served as a keynote, guest speaker, and trainer at various conferences and workshops. I welcome the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations that can help strengthen staff, team, or organization.

Consultation
I provide consultation related to complex client issues, & other clinical areas. I believe in the value of consultation to help therapists and professionals gain insights to serve their clients and supervisees better. I aim to work collaboratively with agencies or organizations to carefully asses their systems to affirm or redesign practices to improve client care or for vitalizing their entire system with a special focus on improving diversity and inclusion.
